This great high-temperature FFF 3D printer can be used to additive manufacture objects out of high-tech filaments, as NylonPEEK or Ultem. Furthermore, you can process other materials which need temperatures up to 400 ° C. With the CreatBot F160 you can produce with experimental 3D printing filaments. High Precision & High Speed

We exclusively researched and develop the extruder feeding system. The CreatBot F160 supports high-speed 3D printing. Its additive manufacturing accuracy can reach high resolution up to 0.04 mm. Furthermore, it allows to extrude filament steady without clogging.

Fully Enclosed High-Temperature Chamber

A completely enclosed building chamber can block all external interference and reduce noise. This hot chamber can provide a constant room temperature. This prevents objects deforming (warping) when 3D printing. A closed building chamber is the key for successful Additive Manufacturing with ABS, Nylon, PEEK, Ultem and other high-tech filaments.

Outage Restored & Filament Detection

When the power supply of the CreatBot F160 high-temperature 3D printer is interrupted, it will automatically memorize the current position and save 3D print data. Resume 3D printing after the power supply works again.

The CreatBot F160 will detect, when it runs out of filament. Simply lower the build platform and withdraw filament when power off suddenly. It will continue 3D printing from where it stopped after power’s on. Thus, don’t suffer from anymore from the end of your filament.

Touch-Screen

This 3D printer has an all-English-menu. The touch screen, its trouble-free operation and friendly use makes the CreatBot F160 the ideal generative manufacturing machine for your company. Efficiently Platform & 130°C Hotbed

The hotbed consists of heat able aluminium surface, which can be heat up to 130°C. The heating process is very fast. The platform is attached with BuiltTak 3D printing stickers. The manufactured object can be stick on the Buildtak tightly and won’t get deformed. No warping that destroys your 3D print.
