The 3Dedge distinct title of the company ADVANCED RESEARCH & MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS Ltd located at 7 Glinou Str., 14122, New Heraklion in Athens, Greece, provides its services and products to its customers with the acceptance of their Following Terms of Use. The user / customer is required to read the terms of use prior to purchasing the products or registering at the 3dedge.eu online store or in his or her physical presence at the company's headquarters or branches.

The user / customer is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the Terms of Use applicable at the time and in any case when he makes use of the services of the e-shop or by placing an order on it or even when making any physical purchase at the company's headquarters / Branches.

The Company reserves the right to partially amend these terms and conditions according to its needs and policy. For any change to these terms, the company is required to inform its users / members / clients either in writing or by electronic means (e-mail), orally or through relevant posts on its website or social networking pages.

Regarding the use of the e-shop, the user / customer signs up only once and then can log in as a member by typing his / her personal username and password. Alternatively, it is required to be enrolled on a relevant company form to be filled in by either himself or by the company's representative.

3Dedge does not guarantee that the 3dedge.eu Online Store, servers or emails sent from 3dedge.eu do not contain viruses or other harmful elements. 3Dedge takes no responsibility for damage of any kind that may arise from the use of the Online Store including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, accidental, incidental, and consequential damages.

By subscribing to the communication form or by entering the 3dedge.eu/el or by sending orders or emails to 3dedge.eu/el or by purchasing a product, the user / customer accepts the company's right to come into communication with him electronically. Product Descriptions

3Dedge attempts to provide the consumer with the most accurate description of the product's features in both the online store and the physical outlets of its products. However, 3Dedge is not responsible if the features or other content related to products sold through the Online Store is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or generally false.

Prices and Shipment Cost/ Payment

The Company reserves the right to, unilaterally change its product prices and other charges by informing users of this change through its website and in any other way communication is required. Any subsequent price changes do not affect the orders that have already been made. Product prices are the same in all their sales channels (online store, physical store).

The cost of transporting the products is borne by the customer. The user / customer is informed of the shipping costs and shipping methods at the time of the order. User Liabilities

The 3Dedge user / client is required to:

  2. Notify any changes to his / her Subscription Details so that they correspond to his / her true personal data. In the event of inaccuracies, 3Dedge has the right to immediately deactivate the Customer account.
  3. Provide Correct Payment and Delivery Information.
  4. Do not violate any form of Third Party Copyright.
  5. The use of the 3Dedge logo is forbidden by third parties in any way without prior permission from the company.
  6. Electronic content such as graphics, logos, designs, images and digital files and software located on 3dedge.eu is the sole property of the 3Dedge Online Store and is protected by Greek and international copyright laws.
  7. It should be noted that according to Law 2121/1993 (as amended and currently in force), the Berne International Convention (ratified by Law No. 100/1975) and the relevant provisions on the protection of intellectual property on the Internet any reproduction, retransmission in electronic or mechanical form, storage, printing, creation of derivative work, downloading by anyone or misleading the public about the use of any form of copying, modification, interference, transfer, distribution, resale, rental, republication, reproduction, misdirection about the actual content of the Website, are expressly prohibited.   11. 3dedge.eu users / visitors / customers can create a hyperlink for the 3dedge.eu home page on their proprietary web site if this hyperlink does not describe 3dedge.eu or the products or it's services in a fake, misleading, mitigating or otherwise unpleasant way.

Privacy

The management and protection of the personal data of the user / visitor / customer of the service company is subject to the terms of this section and to the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997) for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data, As supplemented by the decisions of the Chairman of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, PD 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774/1999 and European law (Directives 95 / 46 / EC and 97/66 / EC).

In case the company's customers, their personal data (eg name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), the Company may collect them in a Archive and process them for it's purposes, it is expressly forbidden to communicate such information to any third party.

All information related to personal data is secure and confidential. The company does not disclose personal details of its customers and their transactions unless it has a written authorization from the client or it is imposed by a court decision or a decision of another public authority.

The company informs users that it uses "cookies" technology when navigating and browsing the online store and accessing specific services. The use of "cookies" is intended solely for the collection of data for statistical purposes and for the improvement of the services provided. All personal data gathered when using this technology are protected in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. If the user / visitor does not wish to use cookies, he can not continue browsing the 3dedge.eu online store.

Returns and Cancellations

The customer has the right to return and replace products within 14 calendar days and withdraw from their purchase agreement, after prior consultation with the store, subject to the conditions set forth below and provided that the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the product is in the condition received by the customer, complete and without deterioration with all its documents.

In order to replace a product that the customer does not want for any reason, the following should apply:

  1. The product has not been opened and is enclosed in its packaging and has not been used in any way.
  2. It should be returned with it's original packaging with the necessary forms.
  3. The warranty seal (if any) should not be breached in any way.
  4. The labels and stickers should be in place.
  5. Vacuum sealed products must be sealed.
  6. Not more than (14) days have elapsed since the date of receipt.
  7. The packaging must be intact.
  8. The product returned must be accompanied by the relevant document and the purchase receipt (proof of purchase).

In order to replace the product, the returned product must first be received in accordance with the applicable tax provisions (issuance by the credit invoice company with the registration of the VAT number and the Customer's VAT number), subject to the above mentioned conditions, and then the replacement will be completed within 14 Days since it was returned.

Failure to comply with the above mentioned terms and conditions will render the product nonrefundable/ nonreturnable.

The company will make every effort to replace the returned product with the same type of product. If the company fails to replace the returned product, either due to its unavailability or withdrawal from the manufacturer or due to a long time of receipt by the manufacturer, it may, with the consent of the manufacturer, be replaced by a similar product with similar (if not exact) characteristics.

The customer reserves the right to choose other products of equal or greater value than the value of the returned product. Any difference in price arising between the returned and the replacement product is either paid by the customer or is replenished with products of equal value to the customer's choice.

No cash refunds are made.

Used Product Return

In general, returns of used products are not accepted. However, in the context of the company's social policy, it is possible that in case the customer requests the return of used products, which he does not consider satisfactory for any reason and cause (with the sole exception of his designation by the technical department as a "defective product"), in compliance with the terms and conditions as set out in the preceding paragraphs and also in the article PRODUCT GUARANTEE of the present, the company may refund part of the proceeds at the time of purchase of the product, of an amount defined as of the date of purchase as follows:

  1. Within 14 days: 90% of market value
  2. Within 30 days: 80% of market value
  3. Within 60 days: 70% of market value
  4. Within 90 days: 60% of market value
  5. Within 120 days: 50% of market value

In each case of a returned product request, the customer shall bear the cost of any repairs or repairs required to make the product operational and to restore it to the manufacturer's sales status, according to the company's price list and this cost is deducted from the total refund amount which is issued.

The amount credited to the customer from the return of a used product can be used ONLY to purchase new products. Refunds are not accepted.

From the right to credit money through the return of used products, the following items are excluded:

  1. Products identified as 'consumables' or 'parts' or 'accessories' (filaments, resins, adhesives, adhesive tapes, electronic and mechanical parts, etc.).
  2. Products that were ordered at the customer's request with an exact model number (P / N).
  3. Products that have been dimensioned and shaped at customer's request.
  4. Any electronic file or software purchased or requested by the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

In the event that the product purchased by the customer presents a defect or malfunction within the period specified by the manufacturer as a guarantee, the customer must immediately notify the company by email (support@3dedge.eu) or by telephone or by his/ her physical presence for the necessary proceedings to begin. The company will make every effort to rapidly and efficiently repair or replace the defective product.

If the company's technical department is required to check the problem, the product may be dispatched at our premises at costs charged by the consumer or delivered at our premises.

In order to return the product it must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt (if the customer is missing, he must contact the company's accountant for a copy of it) as well as all accompanying documents (warranty, Book of changes, etc.). In each case, the customer must follow the applicable tax provisions (issue by the company of credit invoice with mandatory VAT identification number and the department of Public Fiscal Service of the customer).

Once the product has been received, it may be necessary for our company's technicians to perform tests so as to define the nature of the problem, as well as to identify any arbitrary interference or misuse of the product.

Abusive interference is considered to be a non-compliance with the manufacturer's operating manual or any operation or alteration in its shell even if caused by accident or unintentional or malicious operation, replacement of plastic, mechanical or electronic parts, or any misuse of the product (impacts, pierced surfaces, jamming, misfeeding or fluctuations, use of unsuitable chemicals, cleaning liquids, water, heat sources, use in unsuitable heat, and generally what expressly referred strictly to the Service Manual of the respective manufacturers as "misuse").

Especially for all-three-dimensional printers, the following are excluded from the warranty:

  1. The protective covers of the heating bed.
  2. The timing belts
  3. The thermocouples, heat cartridge, thermistors, heat sink and the extrusion barrel
  4. The nozzle

If the problem of the defective product can be repaired (within the manufacturers right of repairs system concerning distributors), then it will be repaired by the technical department of the company. The repair time depends on the availability of the required spare parts, but in no case exceeds 30 working days. In any case or when the repair time exceeds 30 working days due to lack of spare parts, it is sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The replacement process, if provided, may take between 2 and 60 business days.

If the inspection of the technical department of the company reveals that the malfunction or defect of the product requires (under the manufacturer's right of repair entitlement) the control and identification of the problem by the manufacturer or is subject to devices for the protection of the Intellectual Property (IPR), then the product is immediately sent for repair to the manufacturer on a case-by-case basis.

Indicatively but not exhaustively, the cases where the product is sent directly for repair to the manufacturer are:

  1. Faults, defects, malfunctions in the structural components (chassis), or the accuracy of mechanical movements (screws, linear bearings, rails or gears of the product, etc.).
  2. Damages, imperfections, defects inherent in the product's firmware.
  3. In any case the company considers that the product manufacturer must be in charge of repair to ensure product quality or consumer safety.

During the warranty period, the Company does not accept, nor is it bound by, any representations, suggestions, comments or suggestions by third parties or the customer regarding the repair of defects or malfunctions in its products other than the official manufacturers thereof. The customer is required to follow the instructions and procedures proposed by the company for the efficient, timely and safe repair of the defective product.

If there is a disagreement between the customer and the company about the nature of the malfunction or the defect of the product, the above described procedure is automatically bypassed and the product is sent to the manufacturer for inspection and repair. The verdict / resolution of customer / company dispute is binding on both (customer / company) but does not suspend the rights of both.

Following the final verdict / solution proposed by the manufacturer, the company ceases to bear any responsibility or obligation towards the product in question. The customer retains the right to appeal any remedies he deems necessary against the manufacturer and only after the verdict has been announced by him / her but can not appeal against the company as the manufacturer's decision is binding on the company.

Warranty Void

Products that are sold by our company and are described as kit and not ready-made devices are not covered by warranty unless the manufacturer specifies a warranty period.

Secure Transactions

3Dedge, aware of the importance of personal data, does not store the financial data of its customers (credit card information, bank accounts). Transactions and payments are made in the secure payment environment of Viva wallet and PayPal.

Judicial Resolution of Disputes

This does not in any way preclude the consumer's rights as defined by applicable law. For any dispute on this matter, the courts of Athens where it is the seat of the company are responsible for its solution.
